How to improve your hip mobility
With gyms still being closed, more and more people are taking up running as their form of exercise. This is great news and we as a team definitely would encourage it. However, impact can take its toll on the body and the hips especially take the brunt of this. We have put together this series of hip mobility exercises to encourage better movement and flexibility for this joint. This is also handy for those of you still working on your laptop from the dining table or sofa.
